Customer Service in Public Administration: Challenges and Opportunities
This event is dedicated to the challenges and opportunities of customer service in Public Administration. It aims to stimulate discussion about the present and future of this function, to identify best practices in customer service, and to outline ways for institutions to adopt fairer and more effective policies for its development and enhancement.
The first part of the event will consist of the official opening, led by the Mayor of Lisbon, followed by two roundtable discussions, nine interventions, and a debate featuring experts, managers, and professionals in the field. In the afternoon, the program will continue with three thematic workshops.
