The Department of the Interior and Local Government Region 5 (DILG 5) will conduct the RCSP Serbisyo Caravan and Solution Seeking Dialogue in Gigmoto, Catanduanes to bring government services closer to communities and strengthen citizen participation in local governance. The activity aims to provide frontline services, address community concerns through dialogue, and promote collaborative and responsive governance among stakeholders and residents.
