Public participation in decision-making: experiences, lessons, and perspectives
At the event, we will discuss together: What are we doing well, and what could we do better? Are we moving away from formal consultation toward genuine dialogue? What is the role of institutions in reducing public skepticism about decisions being made?
Representatives of the Ministry of National Defence will present their recent experience in involving the public in decision-making and implementation. We will have the opportunity to discuss both the complex KapĨiamiestis case and the development and implementation of the Civil Resistance Plan.
For one week in May, come together to share ideas, discuss solutions, and commit to new levels of citizen participation in government.
