In line with PhilHealth Advisory No. 2026-0029 on the implementation of the Digital YAKAP Empanelment Slip (YES) via the Health Care Institution (HCI) Portal, PRO NCR North conducted a virtual orientation for PhilHealth YAKAP providers covering Caloocan City, Malabon City, Navotas City, Valenzuela City, Manila City, and Mandaluyong City. Issues, concerns, and encountered scenarios were also discussed, and assistance was provided to support the providers in the implementation

The next phase requires action across the partnership: Governments forming cross-border coalitions to address common priorities; political leaders integrating openness into core national agendas; donors and funders sustaining investment and enabling scale; civil society continuing to propose, push, monitor, and demand.

The question ahead is scale and commitment.
