For effective use, coordination between scientific, government, and technology communities is necessary, as well as the development of interoperability, the exchange of best practices, and adherence to ethical principles. The purpose of the panel discussion is to discuss ways to build a sustainable open data environment that will contribute to improved governance, scientific research, the implementation of responsible AI, and increased public participation in public life.
