Legal basis for the activities of public organizations
The purpose of the event is to strengthen the legal capacity of public organizations (including youth and children’s), to promote their effective functioning within the framework of current legislation and the development of civil society.
Key topics:
– legislative framework for the activities of NGOs;
– structure of an all-Ukrainian public organization and status: how to obtain it and what it gives;
– features of fixed membership in youth and children’s NGOs;
– requirements for the Charter and amendments;
– procedure for registration of governing bodies;
– legal registration of separate units (representative offices, branches).
For one week in May, come together to share ideas, discuss solutions, and commit to new levels of citizen participation in government.
