El proyecto consiste en una jornada presencial de sensibilización y diagnóstico orientada a fortalecer la comprensión del Gobierno Abierto entre servidoras y servidores públicos en Guanajuato, así como a generar insumos preliminares para identificar problemas públicos, recursos necesarios y posibles compromisos institucionales. A través de exposiciones, contextualización local y trabajo colaborativo en equipos, las personas participantes analizan sus atribuciones para proponer soluciones basadas en transparencia, participación e innovación. El taller incluye dinámicas prácticas para priorizar problemáticas, diseñar acciones viables y reconocer condiciones habilitantes, finalizando con la socialización de resultados que pueden traducirse en iniciativas concretas de apertura gubernamental.

15 Years of the Open Government Partnership

Fifteen years ago, OGP launched with a simple but radical premise: that government should serve the people, not the other way around. Over fifteen years, OGP has become the foremost global forum for advancing transparency, accountability, and public participation in government.

In an era of democratic regression and geopolitical fragmentation, platforms that sustain targeted collaborations among likeminded states and between governments and civil society are strategically vital. OGP is one of the few to endure.

The next phase requires action across the partnership: Governments forming cross-border coalitions to address common priorities; political leaders integrating openness into core national agendas; donors and funders sustaining investment and enabling scale; civil society continuing to propose, push, monitor, and demand.

The question ahead is scale and commitment.
