La llegada de la inteligencia artificial no solo cambia las industrias, también replantea las reglas del juego sobre cómo los ciudadanos vigilamos a nuestros gobiernos. Para desmenuzar este panorama, el Instituto Estatal de Transparencia, Acceso a la Información y Protección de Datos Personales de Nuevo León (INFONL) invita a la conferencia magistral “Apertura gubernamental e inteligencia artificial: ¿tiene futuro el derecho a saber como lo conocemos?”, la cual será impartida por el Mtro. Eduardo Bohórquez, Director de Transparencia Mexicana A.C. Este evento público está diseñado para que cualquier persona comprenda, sin tecnicismos complejos, los riesgos y oportunidades que las nuevas tecnologías traen al derecho de acceso a la información, abriendo un debate necesario sobre el futuro de la honestidad gubernamental en la era digital.

15 Years of the Open Government Partnership

Fifteen years ago, OGP launched with a simple but radical premise: that government should serve the people, not the other way around. Over fifteen years, OGP has become the foremost global forum for advancing transparency, accountability, and public participation in government.

In an era of democratic regression and geopolitical fragmentation, platforms that sustain targeted collaborations among likeminded states and between governments and civil society are strategically vital. OGP is one of the few to endure.

The next phase requires action across the partnership: Governments forming cross-border coalitions to address common priorities; political leaders integrating openness into core national agendas; donors and funders sustaining investment and enabling scale; civil society continuing to propose, push, monitor, and demand.

The question ahead is scale and commitment.
