The concept involves the integration of archiving from the creation phase of electronic documents, as well as their entire life cycle, including long-term preservation, handover to the National Archives or their destruction as useless.
The event is addressed to institutions interested in the digitization of services and activity processes. Participants will discover the benefits of the “Archiving by design” approach: improving the efficiency and security of information management, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, facilitating long-term access to information, reducing document management costs, etc. Representatives from the central and territorial structures of the Ministry of Internal Affairs will be invited to participate.
