In Support of the Open Government Week 2026 of the Philippine Open Government Partnership (PH-OGP)

Anchored on the principles of transparency, accountability, participation, and innovation, the Department of the Interior and Local Government – Bacolod City expresses its support to the Open Government Week 2026 of the Open Government Partnership through the conduct of the “𝗗𝗜𝗟𝗚 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗱 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝗗𝗼𝗼𝗿𝘀: 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲”

The activity seeks to strengthen public trust and deepen citizen engagement by opening the operations of the DILG Bacolod City to the public, particularly students, youth leaders, civil society organizations, barangay officials, academic institutions, and partner stakeholders. Through this initiative, participants will gain firsthand exposure to the Department’s governance mechanisms, programs, monitoring systems, and citizen-centered initiatives.
