The event is aimed at raising awareness among representatives of civil society organizations about democratic governance mechanisms and public participation tools in local-level decision-making processes.
During the workshop, participants will learn about the basics of democratic governance, levels of public participation, and practical tools for influencing decisions made by public authorities. They will also have the opportunity to practice applying these tools through hands-on activities.
Special attention will be paid to the role of civil society organizations in shaping and implementing local policy, as well as to establishing effective cooperation with public authorities.
