This webinar will engage and train young people, CSOs, community groups, and government stakeholders on how to use published procurement and infrastructure data for social accountability. Participants will learn about the CoST Initiative, Open Contracting principles, and the Kaduna State Infrastructure Procurement Portal to strengthen citizen monitoring, transparency, and accountability in public service delivery. The event supports Open Government Partnership (OGP) values by promoting civic participation, access to information, and data-driven engagement between citizens and government institutions in Kaduna State and beyond.
