Workshop: Inclusive and Accessible Public Services — Co-creating and Validating Solutions for the Public Service Journey
With the aim of promoting modernization and inclusion in public services, this workshop will focus on co-creating and validating solutions for the service journey of deaf and blind citizens.
The workshop will bring together deaf and blind citizens, accessibility experts, service designers, and public servants to identify barriers and co-create solutions that make public services more inclusive and accessible.
Topics will include assistive technologies, physical adaptations, alternative communication methods, and staff training to ensure that all citizens can access public services independently and equitably.

For one week in May, come together to share ideas, discuss solutions, and commit to new levels of citizen participation in government.
